Friday, December 7 The ninth grade is headed to the Minneapolis Institute of Art as part of their Human Geography curriculum while the 10th graders will be conducting independent interview in the community to support their projects in Biology.

Wednesday, October 31: Halloween (no costumes, please) UMA does not allow Halloween costumes to be worn at school. We find this a distraction to our learning environment. Please have your students save their costumes and makeup for trick-or-treating. Students dressed in clothing which appears to be a Halloween costume will be asked to change and could result in a phone call home to bring more clothes. Middle School Student Council is a group of dedicated people who plan and execute fun events such as dances, donation drives, lock-ins, and much more.
